IS YOUR SPRING WARDROBE READY?

Hey y’all few days into spring and the weather is already so much better. Time to get your tees and dresses out! Here is a quick round up of my spring must haves.

1. LAYERING TEE

They are versatile, making it possible to wear them in a variety of different ways with pants and skirts as well. They provide a foundation of most spring outfits. It’s nice to have a variety of prints and solids, and graphic tees are fun to have as well.

2. BLOUSES/SHELLS

These will take the place of all the sweaters I wear in fall and winter. They also layer nicely under lightweight jackets. Bright color and florals are a definite go to!

3. LIGHTWEIGHT JACKET

These make the perfect topper for your Tees and blouses. I especially love my shepa jacket this year as its cozy for daily chores and yet not too warm.I have a classic trench that I wear if its gets too humid and also the shirt jacket, or “shacket” is big right now. As always, wear what looks best on you and works best with your wardrobe.

4. PULLOVERS/CARDIGANS

I love using my lightweight knits in spring as the weather gets warmer. Also cardigans are a great option this time of the year as a substitute for lightweight jackets. Also, heard of sweater tees? They are a great option to regular layering tees is you want something warmer.

5. PANTS/JOGGERS

This spring being a work from home/stay at home season – joggers and lounger wear is definitely on the list. Getting some cool colors and floral prints. And, jeans are the classic for outside.

6. FOOTWEAR

Tired of wearing boots? Spring season is great to wear your booties/loafers when weather is not as warm to wear sandals and not super cold for boots. Also, mules or oxfords are great alternatives and the classic sneakers are always there to fall back on.

7. SPRING DRESSES

I see myself living in dresses the most during spring and summers. Love all those color blocks and floral prints. Lots of flowy styles with ruffles and embellishments. I find the midi style length the most comfy. Also there are great knit options.

8. EVERYDAY HANDBAG

I especially love a taupe tote/hobo for spring. The color goes well with all your outfits and the size works well for quick gateways/picnics.
